The historic, grade 2 listed St.Mary's Church in Lymm, Cheshire was the venue for Emma and Christopher's wonderful and emotional wedding day. I started the day by capturing bridal preparation shots at home and documenting the energy and excitement of the wedding day build-up before heading over to St.Mary's Church to meet up with Christopher and his best man and to photograph the guests arriving for the big day.
After a heart-warming and emotional wedding ceremony, we completed the group shots, formal photos, and confetti images outside of the church grounds and then proceeded to The Hayloft in Widnes to join Emma and Christopher for their wedding reception. The venue had been impressively styled by Make A Date Events and I love the reaction from Emma and Christopher when they see the room for the first time!
The Hayloft is my kind of venue with plenty of photo opportunities on hand for a creative photographer to take advantage of. After a short photo shoot with the happy couple, it was then onto the wedding breakfast followed by entertaining and as you can see by the couple's reactions, amusing speeches. A perfect day with a lovely couple, matched by the warmth of their family and friends who made me feel welcome throughout the day.
