The Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel in Shropshire was the setting for the wedding of Gareth and Yao last week. It was an absolute privilege to be a part of their wedding day along with their family and friends and with the promise of Chinese fire lanterns to end the day I knew that there would be plenty of opportunities to create memorable images.
The Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel is renowned as one of the top ten golf venues in the UK and with that in mind we obviously had to choose our photography locations carefully so as not to get in the way of the golfers. That said the beautiful surrounding provided the perfect backdrop as the overcast conditions made way for some gorgeous sunlight that we made the most of later in the day.
Gareth and Yao were just a pleasure to photograph and their easy going nature made for a fun and relaxed shoot. I must also say thank you to the flower girls and page boy who knew how to 'strike a pose' for the camera and to Best man Lee and Bridesmaids Megan and Amelia for there assistance throughout the day
