Inspired by the lovely ITV series Barging Round Britain with John Sergeant I decided to head out to the beautiful Yorkshire town of Hebden Bridge and enjoy a walk alongside the Rochdale Canal. Upon arrival I noticed a sign which states '500 years of creativity' so I knew that this was a place for me. I wasn't disappointed, beautiful scenery and friendly people .. oh and the best caramel slice that I've ever tasted, well I thought that I deserved it after a long walk!
Below are a couple of my iPhone photos and if you want to learn more about the area then here is a link to the official Canal and River Trust website: https://canalrivertrust.org.uk/enjoy-the-waterways/canal-and-river-network/rochdale-canal
And if you happen to know anyone who is getting married at or near Hebden Bridge then please let me know, now there's one location that I would love to photograph a wedding: Tel: 07969 054778, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit my web site at www.paulkytephotography.com
